How do I switch to email sign-in?

Quick Tip: Snaplook does not use passwords. Email sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your inbox.

Change the email you use to sign in:

  1. Tap the Profile icon in the tab bar
  2. Tap the Profile card at the top of the page
  3. Tap Email to open the change email screen
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Check your inbox and verify the new email

What to know about login methods:

  • Snaplook supports Apple, Google, or Email sign-in.
  • We do not store passwords. Email sign-in uses a one-time code (OTP).
  • If you want the same account, use the same email address when you switch.

Not receiving the code?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure the email address is correct.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
