How can I tell if I'm subscribed?
Quick Tip: Your subscription status and plan details are always available in your profile settings within the Snaplook app.
How to check your subscription status:
- Open the Snaplook app
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap Manage Subscription under the Account section
- Your subscription status will be displayed under Current Plan
Understanding your subscription status:
On the Manage Subscription page, you'll see one of the following under "Current Plan":
Premium (Active Subscription)
If you have an active paid subscription, you'll see:
- Current Plan: Premium
- This means your subscription is active and you have full access to premium features
- Your monthly credits will reset on the 1st of each month
Premium (Trial)
If you're currently on a free trial, you'll see:
- Current Plan: Premium (Trial)
- This means you're in a trial period with full premium access
- Your trial will convert to a paid subscription when it ends
Free or Expired
If you don't have an active subscription, you'll see:
- Current Plan: Free or Expired
- This means you don't currently have premium access
- You can start a free trial or subscribe to get premium features
Additional ways to verify:
Check your App Store or Google Play receipt
You can also verify your subscription through your device's native subscription management:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Snaplook
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Snaplook
Email confirmation
When you subscribe or renew, you'll receive a confirmation email from Apple or Google (depending on your device) confirming your purchase and subscription details.
